China travel times
We are going to China! Deo gratias!
After yet a few more delays, we finally have our travel dates and some specifics. We still have some work to do in China for our travel and hotel plans, but we know how and when we are getting there.
We leave for China on March 30th and will arrive in Nanning, China April 1st , 9:45 AM (their time). We have layovers en route in LA and Guangzhou, China. Got’cha day (when we get Rachael) is April 2nd.
We still need to figure out a flight from Nanning to Guangzhuo where we finalize the adoption process in China. Once we are there, we leave Guangzhou, China on April 10th to LA, then to Columbus. This is going to be a long haul.
We are finalizing our itinerary in China over the next day or so. We will let you know what we have once we have it.
So two weeks from Friday the 16th, its wheels up. Lots to do between now and then. Talk to you all soon.

Hi...I just found your blog through the Chinese adoption group on Flickr. I will watch your blog to see if you get to post while traveling...your daughter is adorable. We're LID of August 16,2006...so our approximate travel dates are August of 2011. (hopefully not, but if they only keep referring 11 days a month, near about!)
